Prof. Dr. Danilo Silva Guimarães (Coordenador do PPG em Psicologia Experimental do Instituto de Psicologia da USP).
Prof. Dr. Guimarães é Bacharel e Psicólogo (2005), Mestre (2008) e Doutor (2010) pelo Instituto de Psicologia da Universidade de São Paulo, pertencendo ao seu quadro de professores e exercendo atividades de docência e pesquisa, em nível de Graduação e Pós-Graduação, em regime de dedicação exclusiva. É assessor de agência de fomento à pesquisa e faz parte de conselho editorial de periódico científico internacional. Atua junto ao Laboratório de Interação Verbal e Construção de Conhecimento (LIVCC USP). Desenvolve e orienta pesquisas na área da psicologia construtivista semiótico cultural, com ênfase em questões epistemológicas da relação subjetividade e cultura, dialogismo e desenvolvimento humano.
Profa. Dra. Flavia Santos (Assistant Professor - University College Dublin)
Dr Flavia Santos is an awardee of the prestigious UCD Ad Astra Fellowship (2019-2024) and an Assistant Professor at the School of Psychology since 2018. She also is a researcher on secondment under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Action Research and Innovation Staff Exchange (RISE) grant for the CareHD Project. Before joining the UCD, she worked as Professor at São Paulo State University and as Associate Professor at the University of Murcia in Spain. She carried out her PhD at the Federal University of São Paulo and completed an international exchange at the University of Durham UK. Also accomplished a Post-doctoral at the University of Minho in Portugal. Dr Santos is a cognitive neuroscientist with expertise in memory and numerical cognition. She has accomplished neuropsychological studies in individuals with typical and atypical development related to i) numerical cognition development, ii) interface between working memory and numerical cognition, and the impact of mathematical anxiety in mathematical performance. Apart from the developmental perspective, her studies were concerned with the remediation of cognitive deficits associated with brain dysfunctions; for instance, cognitive computerized training or musical training focused on numerical cognition and working memory. She was responsible for the adaptation of neuropsychological instruments (for instance, AWMA, Zareki-R, Calcularis, MAI, etc.) into Portuguese and Spanish languages. Dr Santos has several peer-reviewed articles in neuroscience, she is author and editor of five books in the field of neuropsychology and rehabilitation. The most recent books are related to Developmental Dyscalculia.
