1. DATAS IMPORTANTES • Data final para recebimento de resumos/vídeos “How to do”: 12 de setembro de 2021;
• Site aberto para submissão de resumos: 05 de julho a 12 de setembro de 2021;
• Data final para aviso de aprovação ou rejeição: 20 de setembro de 2021;
• Pagamento de inscrição vinculada a publicação de resumo: até 25 de setembro de 2021.
2. CONDIÇÕES DE AVALIAÇÃO/ACEITAÇÃO DOS TRABALHOS • Para o VIII ISABR, poderão ser submetidos apenas resumos simples e em inglês;
• Para o XXIV CBRA, poderão ser enviados resumo simple, em português ou espanhol, e um (01) vídeo “How to do” sobre temas de interesse em reprodução animal;
• Os autores são responsáveis pelo conteúdo e estilo dos resumos/vídeos submetidos;
• Será aceito um (01) resumo por primeiro autor e um (01) vídeo “How to do”;
• Os resumos aceitos só serão publicados mediante inscrição de um dos autores;
• Cada inscrição dará direito à publicação de um (01) resumo e envio de um vídeo “How to do”, e deverá estar inteiramente quitada até a data limite de 25 de setembro de 2021;
• Resumos/vídeos recebidos em formato inadequado não serão considerados e nem devolvidos;
• Casos omissos serão deliberados pela Comissão Organizadora;
• Os vídeos “How to do” deverão estar em conformidade com as normas de Bem-Estar do CFMV, e condições ótimas de higiene a assepsia. A comissão organizadora fará avaliação dos vídeos para aprovação ou rejeição.
As informações ao autor, referentes ao resumo submetido, como recebimento, aprovação, rejeição, situação do pagamento da inscrição, apresentação na Sessão de Pôster, serão disponibilizadas, exclusivamente, no site do evento.
3. INSTRUÇÕES PARA SUBMISSÃO E PREPARO DO RESUMO • ATENÇÃO: O(S) AUTOR(ES) DEVE(M) OPTAR em publicar seu trabalho nos anais do XXIV CBRA OU nos anais do VIII ISABR! Os anais serão publicados SEPARADAMENTE, haverá anais do XXIV CBRA e anais do VIII ISABR;
• IMPORTANTE: Se o resumo for destinado aos anais do XXIV CBRA, o texto poderá ser redigido em Português ou Espanhol. Para os resumos destinados aos anais do VIII ISABR, o texto deve ser redigido em Inglês. O título também em Inglês é obrigatório para o texto em português, e o título português para o texto em inglês ou espanhol;
• O resumo deverá ser obrigatoriamente submetido via site do XXIVCBRA-VIII ISABR-Joint Meeting, acompanhado da Ficha de Inscrição com todos os campos preenchidos;
4. TUTORIAL DO RESUMO SIMPLES: • O RESUMO SIMPLES deve ocupar apenas uma página. A página completa deverá conter no máximo 4700 caracteres, incluindo os espaços. Para facilitar a preparação
<clique aqui> para fazer download de um arquivo modelo. O número de linhas de cada item pode ser alterado, desde que o tamanho final do resumo não ultrapasse uma página, conforme indicação a seguir. Não utilizar qualquer recurso que altere o formato pré-definido no modelo.
• Redigir em formato Word for Windows, versão 6.0 ou superior. Não usar recursos de condensação de texto, mas usar configuração da página: tamanho A4 (210mm x 297mm), uma coluna, margens de 2,0 cm, fonte Times New Roman 11, espaço simples entre linhas, coluna única e normal entre caracteres.
• O cabeçalho deverá conter: 1a linha: título em negrito e centralizado; 2a linha: autor(es) na ordem direta, centralizados, abreviados, em negrito, e apenas o último nome por extenso; 3a linha: afiliação sucinta (até dois níveis, identificadas por números sobrescritos, após o último sobrenome) sem a indicação de títulos ou cargos; e e-mail do autor de contato.
• O texto deverá ser organizado em um único parágrafo, devendo conter no seu desenvolvimento Introdução, Material e Métodos, Resultados, Discussão, Conclusões, sem identificação de títulos. Não são aceitas ilustrações (tabelas, figuras e fotos) nem palavras-chave (Keywords).
• No caso de resumos enviados ao XXIV CBRA, o título deverá ser estar em português e em inglês (abaixo do título na língua original, e em itálico), ou se o texto estiver em espanhol, acrescentar o título também em português (abaixo do título na língua original, e em itálico). Agradecimentos são opcionais.
• No caso de resumo enviado ao VIII ISABR, todo o abstract deverá estar em inglês, sem título em português. Acknowledgements (agradecimentos) são opcionais. É de responsabilidade do autor realizar a revisão da língua inglesa.
• Para unidades e abreviações, utilizar o Sistema Internacional.
• Referências não são incluídas em resumos, se estritamente necessário, devem ser incluídas no corpo do resumo, com os dados mínimos para o leitor acessar o original. 1o Autor com prenome abreviado seguido de et al. para o(s) outro(s), ano, título do periódico abreviado, volume, paginação. Tudo entre parênteses. Exemplo: (Iida R et al. 2016. AnimReprod, 13:63-68).
• Relato de casos: Casos clínicos relevantes, que representem contribuição para a comunidade, serão aceitos para publicação nos anais do XXIV CBRA. Para a montagem do trabalho, sugere-se a maior aproximação possível do padrão estabelecido para a redação de resumo.

5. TUTORIAL DO VÍDEO “HOW TO DO”: O que é o “How to do” ? • O “How to do” é uma vídeo-apresentação explicando uma determinada técnica prática utilizada na rotina da medicina veterinária. Ex: aspiração folicular em ovinos; Lavagem uterina de égua com endometrite; Colheita farmacológica de sêmen em onça; Citologia endometrial em éguas; Avaliação ultrassonografia Doppler de testículos: Avaliação testicular para precocidade sexual em tourinhos, etc.....
• Características da vídeo-apresentação:
➢ A vídeo-apresentação deve ter duração máxima de 15 minutos;
➢ Vídeo em formato MP4;
➢ Resolução Full HD;
➢ Os vídeos presentes na apresentação deverão ser gravados com o celular ou câmera na posição horizontal;
➢ Utilizar a plataforma Zoom para gravar a vídeo-apresentação.
• Como gravar o vídeo-apresentação ?
1. Gravar a técnica prática;
2. Montar uma apresentação em Power Point explicando a técnica;
3. Apresentar e gravar a sua vídeo-apresentação na plataforma Zoom ou Meet:
- Para utilizar o Zoom é necessário que você baixe o aplicativo em seu dispositivo.
- Inicie uma reunião, compartilhe sua tela e inicie a gravação da sua apresentação.
- Ao encerrar a gravação o vídeo ficará disponível no dispositivo.

Faça a gravação da sua palestra utilizando o
modelo de Power Point fornecido;
5. Lembre-se de deixar a câmera ligada durante a apresentação.
• Para enviar a vídeo-palestra:

Renomear o arquivo com o nome da palestra e do palestrante. Ex: Aspiração folicular em ovelhas – Marina Cunha;
2. Enviar o arquivo para o formulário disponibilizado pela Congresse.me
<< MODELO "DE HOW TO DO" >> 6. APRESENTAÇÃO: Após a aprovação do resumo simples, o autor deverá escolher uma das formas de apresentação:
1. Apresentação em formato de pôster/banner;
2. Apresentação em formato de vídeo pitch. Características do vídeo pitch:
• O vídeo pitch deve ter duração máxima de 3 minutos.
• Vídeo em formato MP4.
• Resolução Full HD.
• Os vídeos presentes na apresentação deverão ser gravados com o celular ou câmera na posição horizontal.
Como gravar o vídeo pitch?
• Monte uma apresentação em Power Point apresentando o trabalho.
• Apresente e grave o seu vídeo pitch na plataforma Zoom (é necessária a instalação do aplicativo) ou Meet para gravar o vídeo (Basta iniciar uma apresentação, compartilhar sua tela no modo tela cheia e iniciar a gravação da reunião)
Para enviar o vídeo pitch
1. Renomear o arquivo com o título do trabalho e o nome do 1° autor.
2. Enviar o arquivo para o formulário disponibilizado pela Congresse.me
Características do Banner/Pôster:
• O pôster deve ser confeccionado em PowerPoint
• A formatação é livre, contudo deve ter uma fonte de fácil leitura e que combine com a cor de fundo do pôster;
• O título deve aparecer na primeira linha, seguido dos nomes dos autores na segunda e, na terceira linha, as afiliações em letras menores.

• Renomear o arquivo com

7. DIVULGAÇÃO • Todos os trabalhos aceitos e com a respectiva inscrição paga serão publicados nos Anais do XXIV CONGRESSO BRASILEIRO DE REPRODUÇÃO ANIMAL ou do VIII INTERNATIONAL SYMPOSIUM ON ANIMAL BIOLOGY OF REPRODUCTION, que estarão disponíveis online com Open Access, e apresentados durante o evento em Sessão de Pôster/Vídeo-pôster.
PRESENTATION OF ABSTRACTS AND "HOW TO DO" VIDEOS 1. IMPORTANT DATES • Deadline for receiving abstracts and “How to do” videos: September 12, 2021;
• Open site for abstract submission: July 5th to September 12th, 2021;
• Final date for notice of approval or rejection: September 20, 2021;
• Registration fee linked to abstract publication: until September 25, 2021.
2. CONDITIONS OF ASSESSMENT/ACCEPTANCE OF ABSTRACTS • For the VIII ISABR, only simple abstracts written in English can be submitted;
• For the XXIV CBRA, a simple or expanded abstract, written in Portuguese or Spanish, and one (01) “How to do” video on topics of interest in animal reproduction can be sent;
• Authors are responsible for the content and style of submitted abstracts/videos;
• One (01) abstract by first author and one (01) “How to do” video will be accepted;
• Accepted abstracts will only be published upon registration by one of the authors;
• Each registration will allow the publication of one (01) abstract and submission of one (01) “How to do” video, and must be fully paid by the deadline of September 25, 2021;
• Abstracts/videos received in inappropriate format will not be considered or returned;
• Omitted cases will be deliberated by the Organizing Committee;
• The “How to do” videos must comply with the CFMV's well-being standards, and have optimal hygiene and asepsis conditions. The Organizing Committee will evaluate the videos for approval or rejection.
Information to the author regarding the submitted abstract, such as receipt, approval, rejection, registration payment status, will be made available exclusively on the congresso website.
3. INSTRUCTIONS FOR ABSTRACT PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION • ATTENTION: The authors must CHOOSE to publish their abstract in the XXIV CBRA proceedings OR in the VIII ISABR proceedings! The proceedings will be published SEPARATELY, there will be proceedings of the XXIV CBRA and proceedings of the VIII ISABR;
• IMPORTANT: If the abstract is intended for the XXIV CBRA proceedings, the text may be written in Portuguese or Spanish. If intended for the VIII ISABR proceedings, the text must be written in English. The title also in English is mandatory for the text in Portuguese, and the Portuguese title for the text in English or Spanish;
• The abstract must be submitted via the XXIVCBRA-VIII ISABR-Joint Meeting website, accompanied by the Registration Form with all fields completed;
•
<< Abstract Model >> 4. ABSTACTS TUTORIAL: • The ABSTRACT should only be one page. The full page must contain a maximum of 4700 characters, including spaces. The number of lines of each item can be changed, as long as the final size of the abstract does not exceed one page, as indicated below.
• Write in Word for Windows, version 6.0 or higher format. Do not use text condensing features, but use page setting: A4 size (210mm x 297mm), one column, 2.0 cm margins, Times New Roman 11 font, single line spacing, single and normal column between characters.
• The header must contain: 1st line: title in bold and centered; 2nd line: author(s) in direct order, centered, abbreviated, in bold, and only the last name in full; 3rd line: succinct affiliation (up to two levels, identified by superscript numbers, after the last surname) without the indication of titles or positions; and the contact author's email.
• The text should be organized in a single paragraph, and should contain Introduction, Material and Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusions, without identifying titles. Illustrations (tables, figures and photos) or keywords (Keywords) are not accepted.
• In the case of abstracts sent to XXIV CBRA, the title must be in Portuguese and English (below the title in the original language, and in italics), or if the text is in Spanish, add the title also in Portuguese (below the title in the original language, and in italics). Acknowledgements are optional.
• In the case of an abstract sent to VIII ISABR, the entire abstract must be in English, without a title in Portuguese. Acknowledgments are optional. It is the author's responsibility to review the English language.
• For units and abbreviations, use the International System.
• References are not included in abstracts, if strictly necessary, they must be included in the body of the abstract, with minimum data for the reader to access the original. 1st Author with abbreviated first name followed by et al. for the other(s), year, title of the abbreviated journal, volume, pagination. All in parentheses. Example: (Iida R et al. 2016. AnimReprod, 13:63-68).
• Case reports: Relevant clinical cases that represent a contribution to the community will be accepted for publication in the XXIV CBRA proceedings. For the assembly of the work, the closest possible approximation to the standard established for the writing of the abstract is suggested.
5. "HOW TO DO" VIDEO TUTORIAL: What is “How to do”?
The “How to do” is a video presentation explaining a specific practical technique used in the routine of Animal Reproduction. Examples: follicular aspiration in sheep; Uterine lavage of mares with endometritis; Pharmacological collection of semen in jaguars; Endometrial cytology in mares; Doppler ultrasound evaluation of testicles: Testicular evaluation for sexual precocity in bulls, etc......
• Features of the video presentation:
The video presentation must have a maximum duration of 15 minutes;
Video in MP4 format;
Full HD resolution;
The videos present in the presentation must be recorded with the cell phone or camera in a horizontal position;
Use the Zoom platform to record the video presentation.
• How to record the video presentation?
1. Record the practical technique;
2. Put together a Power Point presentation explaining the technique;
3. Present and record your video presentation on the Zoom or Meet platform:
- To use Zoom you need to download the App on your device.
- Start a meeting, share your screen and start recording your presentation.
- When finishing recording, the video will be available on the device.
4. Record your lecture using the Power Point template provided;
5. Remember to leave the camera on during the presentation.
• To send the video lecture:
1. Rename the file with the name of the lecture and the speaker. Example: Follicular aspiration in sheep – Marina Cunha;
2. Send the file to the e-mail provided by Congresse.me, put as subject “HOW TO DO”
